Christmas Day Buffet: Holiday items will be added to the already extensive list of items at the multi-station buffet; these include:

•entrées of tom turkey, New York steak, Yankee pot roast, crab cakes, fried chicken, roast pork loin, beef fajitas, enchiladas, chili verde, lasagna, Asian pork ribs, kung pao shrimp, fried calamari, beef and broccoli, penne pasta with shrimp, cashew chicken;

Specials: Choice of entrée of (1) bone-in prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, pan-seared brussels sprouts with crispy bacon and chestnuts, potato and parsnip gratinee; or (2) macadamia crusted halibut on carrot, mango broth, topped with mango chutney, Santa’s black sweet rice, soy brazed bok choy.

Each special comes with appetizer choice of (1) wild mushroom bisque with puff pastry topping or (2) mixed greens with roasted beets, apples, pecans, tossed with cranberry vinaigrette bacon vinaigrette; and a dessert of eggnog bread pudding with rum raisin ice cream—$34.99 for either entrée

Granny’s Fine Dining

Christmas Dinner: Granny’s is doing things a bit differently this year by offering an assortment of appetizers, entrees and desserts with diners selecting an item from each category. Select from:

•Appetizers—(1) Jumbo shrimp cocktail (two U-10 shrimp slow poached in a rich fish fumet served with a spicy cocktail and remoulade sauces; (2) crab cake (jumbo lump crab pan-seared and served with tomato bur blanc; (3) goat cheese tartlet (baked smoked tomato tart filled with creamy goat cheese and drizzled with balsamic reduction);

•Comes with ornament salad (mixed greens with red and yellow teardrop tomatoes, shaved red onions, Ciliegine mozzarella cheese, candied pecans and a lemon balsamic dressing).

•Entrees—(1) slow roasted chicken breast (Airline chicken breast stuffed with sage stuffing and rich pan ju harvest hash and grilled asparagus; (2) grilled duck breast (Moulard duck breast grilled with sweet and savory raspberry demi, duchess potatoes and caramelized baby carrots; (3) surf & turf (grilled 1/2 lobster tail and 6 oz. filet served with garlic mashed potato and dueling sauces; (4) pan-seared red snapper (with whipped mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus and seafood glace.

•Desserts—(1) 3 chocolate bavarois (layers of milk, dark and white chocolate mousse; (2) gingerbread cheesecake; (3) peppermint yule log with chocolate glaze —$37.95 per person

•Holiday Christmas Platter—Granny’s is also offering the option of ordering a “Holiday Christmas Platter” which includes choice of appetizers as listed in the Christmas Dinner above; the ornament salad; and slow roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, thyme herb stuffing, whipped mashed potato, house made cranberry compote, candied roasted sweet potato and green bean casserole; choice of pumpkin pie or gingerbread cheesecake for dessert—$29.95 per person

Specials: Entree choice of (1) of roasted Cornish game hen accompanied by vegetables, Chaud-Froid and tender fingerling potatoes; or (2) veal osso bucco (braised first-cut veal shanks) served on top of celariac mashed potatoes with onion glazed root vegetables and topped with a citrus gremolata.
